Fabian Veloz
Fabian Veloz was born in Tijuana, Baja California on October 15, 1991. Now 19 years old, he is currently studying Marketing at the Autonomous University of Baja California. His passion for cinema lies in the ability film has to express feelings and visions that inspire others. Fabian believes that all stages of the film-making process, pre-production, production, and post-production, require the utmost respect and attention.
Monica De Leon
Monica De Leon lives in Tijuana, Mexico, and is finishing her degree in communications at the Autonomous University of Baja California. Before she began studying, she had an interest in films, but her coursework has helped direct her towards her main interest, which is screenwriting. Currently, she's been studying the history of films, production, post-production, and script writing. Her goal is to write full length films, but she is currently working on short film scripts. She's looking forward to working with her team during this year's Rosarito Student Film Festival to create an amazing short film in just a week!
Marcos Daniel Delgado
Marcos Daniel Delgado (Markuz) is 23 years old, and was born April 6th 1988 in Chula Vista California USA. Soon after he was brought to Rosarito and grew up attending local schools. For as long as he can remember there's always been a camera around and he's always been drawn to filming. He is currently working to be able to go to a film or audio visual arts school, as he is a part owner of a small business in Rosarito. Markuz's two passions are photography and cinematography.
Alejandro Solórzano Garibaldi
Nací en Hermosillo, Sonora el 21 de diciembre de 1992, aunque desde mi infancia vivo en Tijuana.
Me considero una persona analítica. Me concentro mucho en la reflexión sobre mi entorno, sobre el pensamiento y la conducta humana. Me gusta manifestar dentro de mi expresión artística el aspecto poético de la introspección, de los estados de conciencia y la interacción social. Mis pasatiempos incluyen leer y escribir, dibujar, hacer artes marciales y ver películas.

Hector Rico
My childhood wasn't quite different from the normal Mexican middle class child. I was born in Chula Vista, California.
I've been in Christian/Catholic Schools throughout my entire life, making me a person rather critical who enjoys questioning dogmas, doctrines, cultural aspects and social rules.
This was originated due to the fact that I'm a profoundly thoughtful person, most of the times I exceed this resulting in a non-productive-effect or even ending up negatively.
I've been an enthusiastic writer/reader my whole life, and there are over 300 books in my house for me to read, so literature and creativity have always been encouraged in me, and well, my deepest all-time-interest has been to understand the human mind and have fun with my understandings, and in that scientific/artistic collision is that my creations are born.

Jesús Vazquez
My name is Jesus Vazquez, I am 24 years old, and I have studied film and theater. What I am most passionate about in the film industry is script and acting. I like these two areas because they involve not just a creative mind but also cleverness, and a strong attitude, which I need to work on, but more important, you got to be a sensible person. “An actor isn’t just any ordinary man, an actor has to be a very good observer and listener”… a theater professor used to say, and I like to believe so.
Martha Nevarez
Martha estudió en el Colegio Franco-Inglés de la ciudad de Mexico. Aunque su especialidad radica en el mundo de los negocios, también ha trabajado en Televisa Mexico y participado como extra en varias películas y programas. Actualmente, Martha desarrolla cortometrajes y comerciales mientras dirige un programa en Cable Visión, el canal local de Rosarito.
Martha se graduó en Diseño de Moda y Textiles. Este es su segundo año en el Festival de Rosarito.

Armando Calderón
Armando es técnico de informática en Rosarito. Aquí creció y vive actualmente. Este es su tercer año participando en el Festival. Además, Armando colabora en Radio Rosarito, la única estación de radio en internet de la ciudad.
Gerardo Remírez
Jaime Gerardo Remírez Nevárez, I was born in San Diego, CA. on February 20, 1997 so I’m 14 years old. I’m the second of three kids I like very much doing and editing videos or movies. I love drawing I think I have a special talent for it, I’m a sort of gamer (videogames) I’m in jr. high at a school named “Colegio Cristobal Colon” in Rosarito Beach, BC. I entered the Rosarito Film Festival 2011 because I am thirsty to learn more and more stuff about making videos and films.
